We will only accept returns of incorrectly shipped and returned products before the third day after it was received. Any open product cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with labels and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent to us will not be accepted without first requesting a return.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order at receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions / Unreturned Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically reimbursed for your original payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and issue the refund as well.
